Doubling with Ai: Psychodrama Techniques for
Creative Productivity and Inner Leadership

Facilitators: Özge Kantaş
Saturday, August 23, 2025, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET

Description:
What happens when the timeless techniques of psychodrama meet the evolving intelligence of machines? In this workshop, Dr. Özge Kantaş invites you to explore Generative AI not as a cold tool—but as a doubling partner, co-creator, and mirror of the self.

Training Objectives:
Rooted in Moreno’s psychodramatic philosophy, participants will experience:

  • Doubling with AI: Using language models to externalize, echo, and expand inner dialogue
  • Role training with prompts: Practicing courageous conversations and leadership moments
  • Co-creative writing and decision modeling: From writer’s block to life planning
  • Embodied motivation and insight activation: Moving from “idea” to “action” with support

This is a space for both seasoned psychodramatists and curious explorers to play, create, and reclaim power—in relationship to the unknown, the intelligent machine, and most importantly, themselves.

Presenter
Özge Kantaş, PhD, CP/PAT Social-Personality Psychologist, Psychodramatist | Assistant Professor:
Dr. Özge Kantaş is a globally-minded psychologist, certified psychodramatist, and professor who builds bold bridges between psychology science and business practice using ancient wisdom and emerging technologies. Her work sits at the intersection of motivation science, trauma-informed group work, and creative AI, inviting individuals and organizations to reimagine well-being as both an art of living and a strategic capacity. As the founder of Psychosocial Inc and the creator of the Self-Psychologist (Kendine Psikolog) masterclass, she is leading a movement that helps people become their own psychologist—using techniques from social psychology, psychodrama, and now, generative AI. Özge’s approach is playful, powerful, and unapologetically curious.

Whether she’s guiding future leaders in the classroom, designing immersive retreats, or crafting wild co-creation rituals with machines, her mission is clear: To turn self-leadership using the science of psychology and the playfulness of psychodrama into a collective revolution.
